Gonna make some more jerky today 😊 already running low on the batch from the other day. Might do a little more salt this time. Or perhaps let it soak in a brine… don’t want to ruin it though 😅

All done :) tastes pretty good, just sprinkled salt on the cuts this time. Next time I’ll try soaking them and see how it differs.
