Also, something is off in the home page. The events come back seconds before they show up in the screen.

What do you mean by this?
Looks like the events come back, the page uses 2-3 seconds before the events are loaded in the home screen. I am not sure why. It should be a lot faster than that.
Ok. Might be searching cache or something
