Did it for decades. Happy to pay someone else to do it now. If you need that to feel like a man, then I’m sorry for your wife.
I find value in not worrying about the vehicle my wife drives bc I know the owner did it to the owner's standards instead of trusting a low-wage stranger who has a financial incentive to rush, cut corners, introduce new problems, and attempt to price gouge. For 30 mins of my time, I'd call that a bargain.
