Yeah, Amethyst as an Android app (like Damus as an iOS app) can't do that. Only web sites can. But all they need is your public npub key and a decent list of relays. They can retrieve any information about your Nostr profile that was *directly* written into at least one of those relays (and if that relay is available at the time of inquiry). So what is shown depends on the time of inquiry and on the relays the elements of your profile are stored in.
