Have you experienced any negative side effects? What positive results did you notice? I’ve heard about it on a podcast called My Family Thinks I’m Crazy about a year ago. Then I recently saw some workout guys I follow, around my age and who do similar workout styles swear by it.

Everyday, dissolve in warm water with a spoon of local good honey (I use the one my neighbor produces). Use wooden spoons !

Try for 3 months then up to 6 but you can see how it will affect your body/mind and then decide for yourself.

I have no fixed timeframe, but don't want to overuse it.
