They work incredibly well. I built a ginormous smoker for my BIL. (He's the type that loves to one-up his other family members. 🙄) It's pretty dang efficient for its size, but you to need to tend to it much more than a pellet smoker like that.

The only thing that is a bit retarded about the app is that it’s not straight Bluetooth, and relies on connecting to your home router in order to use it. But you can skip the app and use the touchscreen if you need to. Never used a grill before that required me to agree to a terms of privacy agreement. So fucking stupid.
