i just used the words "mechanically harvested" to keep things short and sweet.

grains are poison regardless of how they are produced.

societies with grain based diets all have stunted children and sick adults.

except the Japs with their rice, but the Japs eat a lot of fish.

it's not about effort but about the results.

i believe in minimizing effort and maximizing results

i am all for mechanically harvesting grass and feeding it to cows, then eating ground beef.

but i don't even eat animals that were fed grains, let alone eat grains myself.

if you still have trouble understanding i will mute you.

thanks.

What makes grains poisons?

What are the proofs of the causality between grains and stunted children and sick adults? Which country/region does have those problems?

grains are not meant by nature to be eaten. being poisonous is their self defense mechanism. animals use running, hiding and fighting as self defense mechanisms instead. animals have excretory system - plants do not. plants accumulate poisons and use them for self defense.

as for proof i already told you - there is a strong correlation between high-grain, low-meat diet ON A NATION LEVEL and stunting in children. google it.

countries like India that have high-carb, low-meat consumption have high rates of stunting and diabetes. and vice versa countries like South Korea that have high meat consumption have long life expectancy.

google is your friend. these things are only controversial if you search for pre-canned conclusions. if you search for data it is not ambiguous.
