The medium of human speech is air.

Sometimes, people use that medium to say stupid things or to be too loud. As an individual, you either listen or ignore it and keep going with your life.

You would never think about banning air because somebody is saying nonsense.

Well... a Brazilian judge just did that. He banned a medium because he didn’t like something.
