I think he might have been a fan of the artificial paradises. Talks way too much about it in his books
I read a great deal but have never read any ACD(C), I'll have to give him a go👌🏻.
A bit monster of the week but good entertainment
I don't quite understand that node, I've been drinking now, none stop for the past 28hrs. It's probably me just being a silly Billy.
Ah Monster of the week. Repeating the same formula over and over. Book 1 with enemy number 1, book 2 with enemy number 2, and so on
I see, I'm with you now🙏🏻. Have you ever read The Confederacy of Dunces?
Great book. Hilarious
It is😬. The author killed himself very young as he couldn't get it published, his mum got it published. It's a fucking great book and utterly ridiculous. Hilarious, as you say😬🙏🏻.
I forgot about that. 😬
Sad really, but in death, he triumphed🙏🏻.
There's a statue in New Orleans of the main character. My mate has got a picture with it😬. I love the way "The book" within the book (And I can't remember the name of the book within the book) is just built up and built up and built up. One of the funniest things in the book for me was when he started the strike in that factory😂😂😂.
Never read that one. I will look into it. The author’s coping skills were…not so great 🤭
Shouldn't laugh but ha ha, no. He kinda of didn't like the rejection thing. It's an incredible book though, it's ridiculous and funny. The main character is just..... Well, read the book. Honestly mate, you won't regret it😂😂.
