Tbh I know nothing about it. But it's an active community here. But yeah, just general radio, ham radio, LoRa, etc community could have a guest spot /talk at a nostr conference and that could be interesting.
When looking at the surface it is looking good, the problem is mostly when getting hands down to work. We are hosting a nostr hackathon in Portugal next month and indeed off-grid, permaculture and LoRa topics are mentioned there too. In the end Nostr fits like a fantastic tool into these communities since we can use the apps both for the internet or locally without worries.
