They are giving a fuck bout monetary stability. They know the project will collapse and they are way beyond the point where they would care about monetary stability.

Absolutely. But like all state ponzis it never was not about being a scam. At the beginning it was an elaborate scam. Now it's a blatant and shameless scam.
