I’ve come to the conclusion that many people suffer from two things

1. Trump derangement syndrome

2. Bitcoin derangement syndrome

People are instantly triggered when they hear either of those words

Simply because the media and government have funded a full out assault on both for the last decade

Focusing more on the BDS, how can we get rid of this stigma in bitcoin?

Do we need to change the name? 🤣

Or do we just keeping saying HFSP?

Seriously though. There aren’t too many people who understand bitcoin that don’t own bitcoin.

How do we get past this?

The price must go 10x higher before these ppl will consider they may have been wrong

You’re probably right.

It will just take time.

The marketing department of blackrock, fidelity, and other will help.

And I think the biggest hurdle is when the price gets past the ATH.

Most believe that just because bitcoin is lower than ATH that it’s less valuable than it was then.

Human nature.

I don't think you can. Sometimes it's an ego thing, ppl can't come to terms they've been wrong about bitcoin or about their beliefs about money.

Very true.

Maybe both syndromes will just take time to overcome.

I find Robert Greene is helpful here. This is from his 48 Laws of Power:

"Win Through Your Actions, Never Through Argument."

People get defensive when you try to argue with them. Their walls go up. Better to demonstrate the value in your ideas than to try and spread them verbally.

"Demonstrate, don't explícate."
