i did 78 squats yesterday in my exercise session (and also a bit later, 5 pull-ups) but regarding the squats

i also had a beef protein banana lassi (hydrolysed beef powder, banana, yoghurt, and salt), figuring it probably was a good time to dose that so the aminos get in there and help the rebuild

oh yeah today i feel it is my legs, they definitely have done more than normal work recently

gonna try and go easy on my walk to the shop today, this has to happen again tomorrow, i think tomorrow the number of reps per set goes up a little

definitely gonna be adding situps and pushups next week, just gotta make small progress... i still have to do my portuguese lesson today also, but i want to make a bit of progress on my paid gig task
