An lnd seed is not the same as a bip39 seed. It's a different format.

Which mobile wallet can I use to import it into what type of seed is an lnd seed?

Bluewaller seemed to recognise it but only shows the lightning funding txn from months ago says I have 0 bal

For mobile Blixt is probably the best bet.
