That is kind of what I was thinking , but it seems to be happening. Good point on the employment contract too. This clearly makes me want to help create a client that can manage a property/properties and allow the residents to be in a community that’s connected via nostr.. almost all rental properties are being sucked in or have been sucked into a centrilized management solution that takes thier cut and uses your metrics to grow thier own businesses , like invest in the restoration company that you require your community managers to use instead of using local trusted sources, It’s seems like a sham to me and there are probably enough folks out there that would certainly move into a community like that. At least from my experience on nostr so far , it would be the least emotionally manipulated group of residents and probably create the most positive environment to live in I’ve seen.
