Today has been an intense day, and I leave you with this reflection.
Europeans, I see that you are divided between those who defend Palestine and those who defend the Jews. Wouldn't it be better to defend Christians?
Our culture is Christianity, our great buildings are in honor of the Christian God, our best music is in honor of the Christian God, our best works of art are in honor of the Christian God, so what the hell are you defending?
You were born there. You are not "there". Or you are, your choice.
I only defend human beings, religions are vestiges of our ignorance and it's time to leave them behind.
They are not my culture, they do not represent me.
Human rights must be respected.

I think you place too strong of an emphasis on Christianity. I would never disparage it, for it obviously has played a tremendous part.
I would rather say that our culture has flourished along with and to an extent has been enlightened by Christianity. It seems too shallow a descriptor as the defining difference between these clashing populations

Europeans defending Jews at this point is like Jews defending Nazis. The world has lost its mind.
