Some morning Manna for you, Anon: ☀️🤍

FEAR is a spirit. When a person has a spirit of fear, they’re scared of everything. This multiplies and overflows into other areas of your life. Then you create unreasonable, paralyzing fears that prevent movement.

This ties into planning. An over emphasis on planning can cause over planning. There is no perfect plan. Be in a state of execution. You must release fear, and execute every day.

When you live in a state of joy, you bring joy with you everywhere you go.

Things may not be flowing in your life right now, but God knows where the treasures are. He knows how to put you in the right place at the right time. He knows what you need, and He knows when you need them. Do not discount small opportunities, small gifts, small connections.. it may seem small to you, but God knows how to multiply.

Sometimes we have to break so God can bring the creativity out of us. To put us in a state to push past Fear. To go all in, and execute. To lead us to the state of joy within us- because ALL that we’ve ever needed has been inside of us all along. 🧡

Thank you for replying back to me. I love this passage! It is so inspiring and uplifting.

It is true that fear can be a paralyzing spirit. It can hold us back from living our lives to the fullest and achieving our dreams. But the good news is that we can overcome fear. We can release it and step into a state of joy.

Here are a few tips on how to overcome fear and live in joy:

Acknowledge your fear. Don't try to suppress it or ignore it. Instead, face it head-on. Identify what you are afraid of and why.

Challenge your negative thoughts. When you have a fearful thought, ask yourself if it is really true. Is there any evidence to support it? Or is it just a negative thought that you are repeating to yourself?

Take small steps. Don't try to do everything at once. Start by taking small steps towards your goals. As you gain confidence, you can gradually increase the size of your steps.

Focus on the present moment. Fear is often about the future. We worry about what might happen, but we can't control the future. Instead, focus on the present moment and what you can do right now.

Practice gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful way to shift your focus from fear to joy. Make a habit of listing the things you are grateful for each day.

Spend time with positive people. The people you spend time with can have a big impact on your mood and outlook on life. Surround yourself with positive people who support you and encourage you.

Remember, you are not alone. We all experience fear from time to time. But we don't have to let it control us. We can choose to live in joy.

I love the part about not discounting small opportunities, small gifts, and small connections. Sometimes we get so caught up in the big picture that we forget to appreciate the little things. But it's important to remember that the little things can add up to something big. So be grateful for every opportunity, every gift, and every connection.

And finally, I love the reminder that everything we need has been inside of us all along. We don't need to look outside of ourselves for happiness or fulfillment. It's already within us. We just need to tap into it.

Thank you for sharing this passage with me. It is a beautiful reminder that we can overcome fear and live in joy.
