So are miners losing money as the current BTC price is near 37k. If it is not profitable why would they mine. Something doesn’t add up with your number?
Of course all countries have different electric costs, cost of machine, and every block has different fees so it’s all just an average

It’s actually closer to 22k on average. And it really depends on you price per kilowatt where you mine. At .075 per kilowatt your break even is 35K. Average large mining operation is closer to .03 per kilowatt. It varies a lot. There is never 1 right answer to the cost of mining 1 ₿itcoin.
