Looks like the crowdfunding was eventually successful.

I’ll be perfectly honest, though. I never even knew this fundraiser was going on, or I definitely would have contributed to it.

I rarely see you or nostr:npub1rqhmkhcrrlerrm3jqu03sulxnhwpmt8dqws4chyx806qkk69rats48kx5z post here lately, so if there was an effort to raise awareness, it wasn’t enough to reach me.

There’s a reason nostr:npub1kmwdmhuxvafg05dyap3qmy42jpwztrv9p0uvey3a8803ahlwtmnsnhxqk9 has been successful as a crowdfunding platform on Nostr, and it’s because they’ve spent time building their presence and supporter base.

I’ve said this before, but any brand or service that establishes a foothold here early and stays involved with their audience will have a major advantage in the future. There is almost no competition in any category you can name.

Geyser is great and the guys behind it are very motivated. I’ve supported them from pre-launch. Tallycoin was always meant to be a side project and not a business. I don’t mind geyser doing the work and getting traction. Happy to see their success!
