Yeah, I am dumb. I did the running on a broke toe thing too. I think I have learned my lesson after this back thing though. I just know it took me almost 40 years to develop a good workout routine to where I don't want to quit and am afraid if I take too much time off things will revert and habits will be lost. I know Tommy Rivs preaches a lot about how stupid it is to keep pushing.. but yet here I am.

It takes months to lose muscle if you don’t exercise unless of course you don’t eat enough calories and protein.
Not the muscle I'm worried about. The habits is what I've always had problems with. Pretty sure after 5 years of consistency though, I've built some pretty strong neural pathways to keep from going back. Thanks for the advice!
