This year's garlic harvest. Happy with that, no rust and pulled at a good time. Should see us through for another 9/10 months.

Yeah, what do you cook with it? Or maybe you make sauces? Curious to try.
Most meals tbh. A lot in pastas, Asian stir frys, bruschetta, paella, seafood. Pretty much most things that use onion as a base will call for garlic too.
