my most tech savvy friends, the ones that always have all the most cutting edge technology… cars, phones, laptops, AV, software… they are all no coiners

they have zero interest in learning about #Bitcoin

I’ll tell ya my current hypothesis…

humans are consumers or savers or somewhere healthy in the middle

my friends are consumers, they make more $$ than they can spend & thus see no value in a true savings technology

It’s definitely a good strategy to have faith in yourself to generate what you need when you need it rather than worry you won’t have the strength later or fear that you won’t ever get back anything that may be lost today.

Believe in yourself 🫵🏻 💪🏻 🫡

I have one of these friends. Pulls down like 200k a year probably. I asked him what his definition of money was, and he said,

"Money is what I get for working. If I don't have enough, I do more. Then I buy toys with it."

A grown-ass tax-paying adult who has no more sophisticated an understanding of money than an 8-year-old doing chores for allowance.

I have an opinion why:

We tend to go into the direction of least resistance.

This means the things that need effort has to have a higher justification compared to not doing it.

If people earn more than they can spend, they don't have enough justification to put in the effort.

Same with bitcoin, privacy, doing workouts, eating healty.
