Zettelkasten is a fascinating princip and system. It takes a lot of work and disciplin to really use it effectively though...

Can you say more about why and how you use it?

I'm afraid it wouldn't be very helpful. But if you're interested you might look into Sönke Ahrens' wotk and writing:

I read a book of his in German and started to implement a kind of Zettelkasten system. A first I was using Roam Research, later on Notion, and recently I've discovered Obsidian.md with which I'm still experimenting.

I'm afraid I haven't been disciplined enough zo really benefit from it. But, if I were to start my studies today, I would definately spend some time to learn to take good notes...

What do you take notes in currently nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc ? Any method to the madness?

This is the blog post the book came from. https://kadavy.net/blog/posts/zettelkasten-method-slip-box-digital-example/

Mixing zettlekasten with your tool of choice is a very personal choice and there's a lot of people suggesting workflows. It can get very complex very quickly especially if you add Getting Things Done. His makes a good start and is very close to what I use, except I use org-mode instead of markdown on emacs and mobile.
