Zap donate is not in violation of rule 3.1.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines; instead, zap's donate behavior is very consistent with their terms of 3.2.1 Giving a monetary gift, where (a) the gift is a fully optional option for the giver, and (b) 100% of the funds go to the recipient of the gift.
