you can, yes, but not all clients support lists. For example, you Nostrudel, Coracle, and Amethyst support them. You can add new npubs to your lists and create lists on listr.lol or on nostrudel.ninja or coracle.social
I wish more clients supported them. Lists are powerful.
nostr.band too. Some might not call it a "client" but I like the site. There's a List button on the user profile.
