have you ever tried rubbing it into your skin?

quite often, it is better absorbed this way- especially for joint aches and muscle pains

for transdermal I use a footbath or full bath of magnesium cloride, bicard soda and a pinch of borax (sodium borate).

Much more cost effective than using a oral suppliment.
