I think nostr:npub1dsn6t2szka5uddgl6lkasrzmyxum5vkpdkgnk27gu9shldzhx6qqj92h64 and nostr:npub1zs2a5unfcjg9m0hphvuqmhqxjlkj78srlswsc8656rcrs2422smsxd0pfe are highly interesting... I tested aqstr today, and the tasks were indeed almost instantly detected as done, and immediately paid out. I have to admit that is very cool!

I think there's value in things like this, but I also wonder about the validating effort beyond what can be automatically gauged.

For example, asking people to like, reply, repost or quote... these are fine and good. But I'd consider these "micro tasks". What about more high value things, like:

- Submitting a PR to a git repo.

- Uploading a picture of you doing something.

- Writing a more in-depth post about a topic.

Part of me feels like an element of manual validation may be required for higher value tasks.

As for nostr:npub1zs2a5unfcjg9m0hphvuqmhqxjlkj78srlswsc8656rcrs2422smsxd0pfe, I think this is also a highly interesting take in terms of online recruitment for jobs. There's nothing much posted there yet, but from the application process, it feels like it could be a good match for some jobs such as copywriting, or ad-hoc stuff.

Particularly where reputation/trust metrics can be used.

Interesting space that's developing! Really neat to see it on #nostr!

๐Ÿ™ itโ€™s early, but we see so much value in this spacefor all types of work.

As we build out more features this will become the freelancing capital for this ecosystem.

Yes, we had those features, but we removed them because no one was using it

I also really like Asqr and Zapwork. Asqr just works, it's neat and tidy and has traction - long may it continue.

I feel it gets gammed for zaps a little (I am guilt of this too, although try to reply/repost only stuff I agree with).

- is it possible to make replies / quote posts a min length so you can't just reply "." or "great post"?

As for Zapwork, it's a great concept and believe it'll catch on eventually. I see a lot of posts offering jobs and just zapping the note. Is this just simpler? I personally I like the idea of "jobs board" like ZapWork to check daily.

Thank you for your feedback. We will definitely improve on reply/repost to encourage real engagement

I agree with your points there, they are important things to have on lightning and nostr, and there is a risk of fraudulent behaviour if the checks aren't robust enough.

The nostr:npub1zs2a5unfcjg9m0hphvuqmhqxjlkj78srlswsc8656rcrs2422smsxd0pfe jobs board is a pretty nice idea, for sure. If new jobs are automatically posted to nostr, people who are interested could follow the jobs posting account to be notified whenever there's a new listing.

As soon as a new job is posted, it does post it on our nostr. Also the same for once itโ€™s filled so people get that alert as well.

I guess that Aqstr could be seen as a simple way to create engagement, since nostr misses a customized algorithm.
