It's an irrational fear & it's always best to walk out their logic.

If the CIA sell all their Bitcoin, then we have the biggest fire sale ever & it'll take 3-6 months for price to recover.

But why would they sell? The CIA like power & off the books funding sources for operations. Can you imagine how useful a Bitcoin stack would be for them?

But “they” wouldn’t even have to sell “all” their BTC… just move one Sat to make things interesting. 🙏🏻🙂

A handful of 50 Bitcoin UTxOs moved for the first time in 14 years last week.

They weren't Satoshi's coins but they were from that era. The market didn't seem to mind too much.
