We got the peafowl safely in their new enclosure, which took most of the day. My husband wanted them, so now he has some. So I didnt get too much done on my other projects, but thats ok.

I am really enjoying this weather, and feel grateful that I can enjoy it in the country. For many years I worked long hours in a hospital setting, and always felt cheated that I could not even see out of a window in the exam rooms. Now more than ever I think that humans need nature and fresh air every day. Anyway, yall have a good evening nostr friends. Stay pisitive, stay healthy, and stay true to yourselves. #grownostr #countrylife #homesteading

I was unable to post any pics for some reason.

This may be a stupid question but what are they good for on a farm?

Well, not much really, except maybe they do sound the alarm when people or animals come near. My husband wanted them as pets.

Ah ok. I was really surprised that’s cool. Thank you.

Agree. Even if you work in an office for several hours, you need to go outside often enough to remember you're human.
