How many times do I have to say it? This is incorrect! The block rewards approximately every 10 minutes are NEWLY MINTED BITCOIN AKA inflation. The difference is it’s on a schedule and thus very predictable. Fiat is generally inflationary and not on any schedule. I said it more in the sense that 1 bitcoin = 1 bitcoin

1 sat = 1 sat

Inflation, deflation let's leave that to the fiat system
