I've made a few changes that have dramatically reduced the costs. For the conceptualization, I'm now using more cost-effective models and starting by establishing the structure first. I'm no longer having the "simple" tasks processed by the most expensive models 😅- I'm only bringing those in when it's necessary to capture the full complexity of the structures. This also has the advantage that the responses don't take as long and it crashes less often. Additionally, I've installed Jack's cost tracker, which is also an enormous help. All in all, I'm totally fascinated by goose and the possibilities.
Haven't even heard of the cost tracker. Will check it out.
Are you using the latest version that supports two models for simple/complex tasks?
Glad it's also working for you!
I switched to Goose Desktop just for this now - much more confortable! 🩷
