Yes, usually, except all them "don't have the time to do what is needed to make the next batch of parts better/easier/faster." 🙄 they'd rather the job take tens of hours longer than out the effort in now. Brilliant.
This seems to be a common trend. No one is really interested in doing things well by taking time to plan etc. it’s all firefighting stuff because we didn’t do it the best way and plan.
Yup. It wasn't like that a couple of months ago. I'm annoyed.
Mmm it’s been getting worse. I wonder what they put in those shots because no one cares anymore about anything it seems. When you find someone good it’s like finding a gold nugget in a sty.
I don't think that's it with them. They are too focused on one thing at a time and can't see thy next day, let alone a week, at least right now.
