I have the very same wish for you, Dan. Maybe we should talk about equality. I don't think it exists. (It's basically a quasi-religious idea, not grounded in anything real.) I also don't think it should exist. How about you?

Equality of outcome or equality of opportunity?
We can start with equality of being, as in "being equal." My position would be that, when speaking of things larger than molecules, no two things in this Universe are equal. Your view?
2 molecules of water both have a 2 hydrogen 1 oxygen. As well that more complicated things are comprised differently. your statement there is correct, but you are looking towards the differences on mass without reduction to the self, which I would say is the single unit of measurement.

Individuals clearly aren't equal. We could compare anyone with anyone, and see that. Joe Biden and Oprah Winfrey -- case closed. Nations clearly aren't equal, either. Andorra and Sudan, for just one example. Thinking about this carefully, I came to the conclusion that nothing in this world that is bigger than a molecule is equal to anything else. Can you think of any exceptions?
