Not much difference, it'll just auto populate in your bio who tipped you & tally up the total amount of zaps for a particular note.

🤙🏻 Let’s hope more wallets integrate it soon. However the rest of the functionality already should work for zapping, right? Just no count / feedback

Yeah tapping on the ⚡ icon will still lead you to tip the user, it just won't be recorded as an event on Nostr.
