I can get an LN URL address thru alby…but it’s a made up story on a website linked to my yahoo email.
So is the LN URL address just an email type wallet/address? Where sats get sent, and then what, I go and ask for them?
How is this so convoluted for someone who runs 2 different nodes and a miner?
We understand that lightning might be confusing and we need better naming and onboarding.
So in basic: providing you an Alby Account, we run and manage a (shared) node for you, giving you access to your wallet and a LNURL, which corresponds directly to you LN address (eg. narwhaltacos@getalby.com, which you can customize.
You can control this account, send and receive sats with some wallet interface - it could be our browser extension (for desktop), Zeus wallet or Blue wallet (mobile).
