Is there currently any way to only post to *one* relay while still being plugged in to multiple?

you'd have to enable write to the relays you want to write to and disable write to all of the other ones, keeping them only set to read.

you could also then choose write to a private relay that you own that only whitelists your pubkey so you still have a backup of your data.

I setup a private relay for #[6] that Ben is only broadcasting the uncensored OP returns to. Most users didn't want to see the uncensored feed but I wanted that part to stay alive and Ben was kind enough to point everything to that one.
