Called in sick, unable to get out of bed. Mostly just slept. Not eating. Hope to tackle the dishes soon so I can at least feel better about that. I know just cleaning up a little will help me feel better. Maybe once the kitchen is clean I’ll cook something. Trying to break the depressive cycle today. A couple people have reached out and I am grateful they are there.

I’ve found “The depression project” to have some good info.

Play encouraging music throughout your house, reach out to friends (including me), try to take a long walk. You’re going to make it through my friend.
