to me this sounds a lot like a great excuse to push for a "only ID verified internet users".

an internet attack, a response to push the narrative that the annons are the danger, the only solution is to "only allow verified users" (quite convenient to have a company going around the work getting the biometric data of everyone)

Hope everyone is ready for the Iran cyberattack that definitely wasn’t initiated by the CIA.

The ones in the network are probably permitted, or they turn a blind eye because the assent is they can’t cause any real harm, thus keeping them occupied and in a realm where they can be watched.
