I agree that is the most rational and simplest solution here. It puts users in control of their experience. So it begs the question why Vitor refuses to support that option. I don’t know the answer to that.

He said (paraphrasing) that it’s better for the ecosystem to be opinionated and to let people who don’t like it fork off.
