I have no evidence of this but probably better quality raw ingredients than the average US pizza too?

I my opinion São Paulo has the best pizza in the world. And been to 75 countries and lived in Italy.

There are probably ten thousand pizzerías in São Paulo. I like the ones where they walk around with the pizzas and you get a slice of what you want. Like how they do with churrascarías but with pizza. So many crazy flavors. I like they very thin crust cooked in a wood fired oven.
That may change with shrinkflation.
It’ll start with a “Crustless Pizza - More of what you want!”
Then they’ll reintroduce the crust and it’ll be 2” less in diameter. 😆
