Assessment: The group's targets appear to be focused on "critical infrastructure such as communications, electric/gas utilities, maritime operations, and transportation. An intial takeaway on this breach would be a Chinese attempt to probe for "ways-in" for a future attack to disrupt U.S. interference in a potential Chinese invasion of Taiwan.
