I’d be curious to know how much BTC supply is “lost” due to key mismanagement and/or deliberate key burning.

I say it's too early to know how much Bitcoin is lost. Because just last week we had a wallet wake up. I say we need like 25 years and 30 years in then we can really know about how much estimate is really lost.
