In my more crass and cocky days, I'd say something like "Happy National Atheist Day!", but these days, I just share bible verses:

'The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”' -Psalm 14:1

We could argue if that was a good joke or not, but the atheist has no objective standard of good, so it would be..pointless 🫠
