Probably only because Primal provides a lightning wallet, while the Strike app is more complete regarding on-chain transactions therefore high figures

That's good to know, but confusing as I know people in Canada that couldn't get Primal wallet to work.

FYI I entered NOSTR via Primal on march 7 in Portugal. Everything was working fine in the wallet.
