Does anyone have any resources for how I might go about backing up my previous Nostr posts to my new relay?
Also, how can I go about making my relay public with a domain for others to use as well?

Depending on relay using can pull your notes. If running relay from home can get a dynamic DNS name like free ones from https://freedns.afraid.org/ might add nginx or whatever Star9 offers for reverse proxy. Expose the ports on home firewall/gateway. Might be sure to use allow list policy for npub users if want to keep relay locked down.
