Time will tell. But the fact it happen led is not good for the image of Putin. Good for Ukraine I would think.
He was Putin's fiercest military guy. Without him, he's more screwed

Ukraine should take advantage of this commotion and launch a new counteroffensive ASAP
Sounds like they took some ground back during it.
