That's pretty neat but they need to power that thing. There is a farm near me with a ridable mini train complete with tunnels and bridges all on around 5 acres.

I see where your coming from, but for what they are using it for a simple push dolly system works. And engine would just be something else to break and fuel which equals cost.

At most a donkey could be useful for the heavier loads.

It certainly opens up possibilities when looking for land to homestead on 😉
