So the tomatoes I have in a temporary container are doing better than the ones I have in the ground already!?

Would anyone know the reason for this and how to make sure the ones I have in the ground still fruit.

It could be that the ground is too cold. It could be a lack of nutrients in soil. It could be transplant shock. I would start by foliar feeding it with some kelp juice or something similar.
