I'm glad you liked it. I do have a reputation to uphold as a cranky old cat lady (mostly just online)

I know there's at least 3 other generations besides mine, who were mislead about nutrition and such, before we had the advantage of the internet and folks online helping us learn better. I only just came to discover that I'm a free person about 2017-ish (the libertarian to anarchist pipeline took its time with me, and before that I spent about 10 years identifying w/conservative ideals, and before that, 20 years being devoutly liberal).

I never identified with any politics until the scamdemic. I found everything you talked about all at once.

Was a wild ride and I ended up alienating people by sharing my discoveries. Ces't LA vie.

Aparently I steam rolled people with facts before they were ready.

No I just head nod and mostly ignore 🤷‍♀️

The truth is hard to accept sometimes because people who don't want to hear it (yet) spent a good chunk of their lives learning something completely different, and it's heartbreaking to realize such great loss of time.

(I know because it happened to me a couple of times - - learning at 35 and then again at almost 45 that I was doing life wrong is a lot to deal with)
