Pretty wild that the silvergate collapse is being used by politicians to try and ban institutions from using any crypto (including #btc).

So far at least... the silvergate collapse has been the model of how this should happen.. business unsustainable, depositors unharmed, stock holders taking the loss... perfect wind down.
